I got an email about the termination of my free eMusic account. What do I need to do?

If there is no activity on your eMusic account for an extended period of time, eMusic will notify you in an email.  To keep your account active, sign in and we’ll know you want to keep it.  Or, if you no longer want to keep your account, you can simply do nothing.
 
eMusic determines inactive accounts by looking at sign ins and account activity (uploading music, downloading music, playing music, etc) over the past 6 months.  If you have signed in on one of our platforms then your account is considered active.
