On classical music albums some albums now have an 'album only' download of the Digital Booklet as the last track.
If other tracks on the album are over 10mins and therefore 'album only' it is not possible to download all the music and not the unwanted Digital Booklet? In effect this is forcing us to pay for something that, I at least, don't want.
If there are no tracks on the album that are 'album only' then to download the album we are forced to download it track by track - er... how inefficient and un-user friendly.
Will you be addressing these issues?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the issues this created. Can you please provide details on the album you were trying to purchase? It would be helpful to have an example when I submit the request to our Tech team.
We implemented a fix this afternoon that should remedy the album only track issue. In the case of digital booklets, they should show as zero cost and, if purchasing the album, the digital file will be delivered in the zip file that delivers all the tracks.
