How can I cancel my subscription?

If you're reading this, something is probably wrong. Please contact us and let us know if there's anything we can do to help. We can also put your account on hold for up to 90 days while we take care of whatever is bothering you.

Warning: Cancelling will terminate your current promotion.
If you are in a trial, any unused music credit will be cancelled immediately. Upon cancelling, you will have until the end of the billing cycle to use any of your remaining music credit. Your plan will automatically expire at the end of your current billing period. Any music you have purchased is yours to keep.
