How do I update my eMusic account information?

If you'd like to update your eMusic account information, follow the steps below.


Update password:  

  1. Sign in to the eMusic website

  2. Select the account icon to get to your account page

  3. Click CHANGE to edit your password in the User Profile


Forgot your password? No problem! Click here to reset your password via the email on your account.


Update email address: It’s important to have a valid email address associated with your eMusic account.  For example if you need to reset your password, your email address can be used to reset it!  For help updating, please contact eMusic Member Services here


Please note: Login credentials (password and email) are shared between eMusic and other account such as eStories (our audiobook membership). Any change you make on eMusic will also change your login credentials for eStories.

Update the payment information: You have full control over your eMusic payments and can upadate them at any time.Sign in to the eMusic website and update your payment preferences from the My Account page at any time, including payment method, billing details or plan.Once you save your updated information on your account, we'll send you an email confirming any changes you've made.


Please note: Payment information is shared between eMusic and eStories audiobook accounts. So, if you subscribe to both services, your new payment method will be used for both service going forward.
