Why didn’t I get the full-album discount?

Aha! eMusic offers a full-album discount is only applied when you purchase an album in a bundle at once, not if you purchase an album track-by-track. When you purchase tracks individually, you are debited track by track.  If you feel that there was an error in billing when you purchased the album all at once, please contact us at Member Services.
