No, but because we are a FINMA-compliant Swiss token company, an additional KYC video will be required if your purchase exceeds $5,000. If your purchase exceeds $10,000, in addition to KYC video we will require that you provide a statement regarding your intent to use the tokens on the eMusic platform. If your amount exceeds $100,000, we will require KYC video, a consumptive statement, and a token purchase agreement, as is standard token buying practice.
Please Note: eMusic will require potential buyers to pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) check and verify residency before purchasing any eMU Tokens. Currently, the tokens are not being offered or sold to U.S. residents and residents of additional select countries. Use of the tokens on generation on the eMusic platform will be restricted to countries that can participate in the token sale. This notice does not constitute an offer of securities for sale and the tokens have not been registered as securities under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities laws.
