How can we help you?

Do I need an Ethereum wallet to withdraw my eMusic tokens (eMUs)?

Last Updated: Nov 19, 2018 05:54PM EST
Yes, you must provide a qualifying Ethereum wallet address to withdraw purchased eMUs. We highly recommend that you use a personal wallet to store your eMUs. Using an exchange wallet means we can’t associate your funds with your account and that comes with an increased risk.

Please Note: eMusic will require potential buyers to pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) check and verify residency before purchasing any eMU Tokens. Currently, the tokens are not being offered or sold to U.S. residents and residents of additional select countries. Use of the tokens on generation on the eMusic platform will be restricted to countries that can participate in the token sale. This notice does not constitute an offer of securities for sale and the tokens have not been registered as securities under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities laws.
