Did you get rid of personal recommendations in the overhaul? I can't find it. They were good and relevant.

If you are referring to reviews and recommendations by other members and the editorial staff of eMusic, yes, we do have plans to re-introduce those features. However, there are several urgent post-launch updates that take priority, so I’m unable to give you an estimated timeline.

Please note this launch is only the beginning an enterprise-wide eMusic upgrade. We have plans to roll out lots of great new content and features in the coming months, including charts and editors picks. So, be sure to stay tuned to blog.emusic.com for updates, or follow us on Facebook or Twitter.

In the meantime, you might consider visiting https://www.emusers.org or the eMusicOfficial subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/eMusicofficial/), where eMusic members share ideas on eMusic features and content. Or, if you haven’t already done so, I recommend checking out the similar artists and similar album recommendations that appear at the bottom of most artist and album detail pages. Simply find an artist or album you like and scroll down the page for lots of great recommendations. Or, try searching by a favorite music label. Our dedicated music label pages are a great way to discover great new artists from a label that you know and trust.

I just wrote in EXTREME FRUSTRATION OVER THE HOURS I HAVE INPUT to get NO leads to new music from those I input. No section for Nordic music, no similar albums listed, and the pages that say they have similar artists gave me extremely different music!

NO personal recommendations list anymore either. The one that checked your own usage and suggested similar possibilities. It was imperfect but I found many things this way, or by following a short trail from there.

As a longterm member, the sorry bonuses are not cutting it anymore. I can not understand why there is any rolling out of services. The computer tech guys should have been checking all the systems and getting them all in place before initial rollout, and just fixing small glitches at this point.

Members rely on service, not promises of service to come. Anyone coming along new who is not immediately happy will move on and likely never return.

Bonnie,
We are working to expand the recommendations made on he homepage and plan to include charts, picks and recommendations (for you). We just need to knock off a few urgent post-launch projects before we can make those enhancements.
