I was able to put my account on hold directly on the website when I needed (maximum 2 a year as now), Is that feature coming back?
Unfortunately, the ability to place your account on hold is not yet available on the new eMusic website. Our tech team is hard at work on implementing the feature and we hope to have it added to the website in an update in the near future. For now, we can place your account on hold for you. Simply email email@example.com and let us know how long you’d like your hold period to be (whether its 30, 60, or 90 days) and we’ll put the account hold into action immediately.
